1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TypeFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TypeFlow is a B2B SaaS platform that provides typing assessment tools for recruiters and organizations to evaluate candidate typing skills. The Service includes test creation, candidate management, result analytics, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different features and limits:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Plan limits (tests, test takers) are enforced according to your selected plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TypeFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service, including test content and candidate data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
